- <persName type="0" ref="#4179">Luziano Grifiotto</persName> e per detta ragione i detti <persName type="0" ref="#7106">Tomaso</persName> e <persName type="0" ref="#7028">Teramo</persName> restituirono al<lb />
- detto <persName type="0" ref="#308">Andrea</persName> di <w type="5" ref="#2696">f</w><sic>.</sic> CC gli avevano <w type="4" ref="#670">sicurato</w> sopra i detti <w type="9" ref="#3546">guadi</w>. Di che il primo dí ci<lb />
- fu la novella di detto <w type="9" ref="#3546">guado</w> preso fu commesso per li detti <persName type="0" ref="#7106">Tomaso</persName> e <persName type="0" ref="#7028">Teramo</persName> al detto <persName type="0" ref="#308">Andrea di Bonanno</persName> provvedesse di scrivere a <placeName type="0" ref="#5703">Pisa</placeName> e in più altri<lb />
- luoghi se il detto <w type="9" ref="#3546">guado</w> vi capitasse si facesse di riavere per <w type="4" ref="#6108">riscatto</w> o<lb />
- per altra forma in qualunque modo riavere si potesse di che abbiamo<lb />
- sentito dal detto <persName type="0" ref="#308">Andrea</persName> che a <placeName type="0" ref="#6155">Roma</placeName> e all'<placeName type="0" ref="#2456">Elba</placeName> se n'è ritrovato <w type="3" ref="#6230">sacchi</w><lb />
- XXII de che siamo contenti che quello n'ha fatto <persName type="0" ref="#108">Agnolo di Ser Pino</persName><lb />
- e <w type="4" ref="#1967">compagni</w> di <placeName type="0" ref="#6155">Roma</placeName> a cui il detto <persName type="0" ref="#308">Andrea</persName> ne diè <w type="4" ref="#1964">commissione</w> di riavere<lb />
- li detti <w type="9" ref="#3546">guadi</w> di tutto ciò che per insino a qui n'è seguito e simile di ciò<lb />
- che di qui innanzi ne sarà fatto per li detti <persName type="0" ref="#308">Andrea</persName> ed altri per lui e<lb />
- d'essere contenti e obrigati a attenere ogni patto fatto con quelli<lb />
