  • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy and exact ordering processing by speedily and exactly providing information on a product which a client requires. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a product information providing server 2, an automatic plotting server 3, an order processing server 4 and a product information database 1 connected to a network 5, provides product information on the basis of a request from a client terminal 6 and receives the order. Corresponding to the request from the client terminal 6, the product information providing server 2 retrieves and provides various kinds of product information. Concerning the specification of a product, on the basis of product specification information inputted from the client terminal 6, the call number of the relevant product is extracted by retrieving the product specification database 11 and provided to the client terminal 6 together with price information and the deadline of delivery. When there is a request, drawing information is provided and further, when there is an order request, ordering processing is performed by using the order processing server 4.
