PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print of a plurality of formats at once without changing a format of table data to be printed for improving operability and workability in printing of the table data on respective business forms.
SOLUTION: A business form printing application program 12 prepares printing formats 16-18 holding print positions and print conditions of previously prepared data items. When combination of the printing formats 16-18 and their printing order are designated, the combination and the printing order are stored in a file 19. When a sequential printing command is issued from a combination printing execution processing part 14 to the business form printing application program 12, the application program 12 selects all or a part of a plurality of printers 30-50 to sequentially print one set of unchanged table data 13 in one operation in compliance with a single command according to the conditions of the respective printing formats 16-18 and by the combination and the printing order stored in the file 19.
