  • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable calling by means of a second voice channel by receiving a new call request through reception during communication, when a request is made during communication. SOLUTION: When an extension telephone set 1 is called by the extension telephone set 2 while the set 1 is under communication with the telephone set of an outer line by a channel B1, the central arithmetic part of the set 2 transmits the key number to a time compassion transmission LSI 105B connected to an extension transmission path 108 after the set 2 calls. A central arithmetic part 102 of the main device executes a report to the set 1 with a data selector 106 by way of a time compression transmission LSI 105A and the extension transmission path 107. After receiving it, the extension telephone set 1 reports that communication has been executed with the set 2 by the channel B2 to the part 102 of the main device. The part 102 instructs the usage of the channel B2 to a time switch 101 and forms a communication path in the B2 channel. When communication with the outer line is executed by a hand-set, the second call is executed by a loudspeaker and a microphone.
