Describe your issue

After updating a package, the old package indicators remain.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Update package
2. Open "Installed packages"
3. Look for the updated package:
   
4. When clicking the reload button next to the package search the issue remains
5. Restart UniGetUI
6. Issue is gone
