Description
| - The utility model relates to rocket science, namely, box-type air intake plugs for a ramjet engine (RPD). The VDU inlet plug consists of a damper 1, rods 2, a rocker arm 3, a drive 4 fixedly fixed on the VZU body 7, a cover 5 closing the overpressure relief window 6 in the VZU body 7 and a rigidly fixed metal plate 8 made of spring steel having holes with slots 9. The drive 4 has three cavities: with a power piston 10, with a locking piston 11 and with a gas generator 12, and all the cavities are connected by channels. There is a hole 13 in the cavity with the power piston. The power piston 10 has two rods, one of which is connected to the rocker arm 3, and the second to the cover 5 sliding in the longitudinal direction. piston 10 in its original position. Rotation of the damper 1 is carried out due to the hinges on the bracket 14, and at its end there are cylindrical fixation pins 15, with a diameter of 1.1-1.5 of the diameter of the holes with slots 9. By fixing the power piston 10 with the rod of the locking piston 11 through the hole in the wall between the cavities, by transferring the force through the rocker arm 3 and the thrust 2, the intake window of the VDU is closed by the damper 1, and thereby prevents the impact of external atmospheric factors and the ingress of foreign objects into the RPD air path. If it is necessary to open the plug, to ensure access of atmospheric air to the afterburning chamber of the RPD, the squib of the gas generator 12 is triggered, the resulting gas pressure through the channel enters the cavity with the locking piston 11 and shifts it, thereby releasing its rod from engagement with the power piston 10, after which gas pressure passes through the opened hole, previously closed by the rod of the locking piston 11 and shifts the power piston 10 towards the rear of the VDU. The force from the power piston 10 through one of the rods, the rocker arm 3 and the rod 2 acts on the damper 1 and opens it, and through the second rod, the force is transferred to the cover 5 sliding in the longitudinal direction and opens the excess pressure relief window 6 in the VZU housing 7. When reaching the extreme open position of the damper 1, the excess gas pressure in the cavity with the power piston 10 is vented through the hole 13 and the open window of excess pressure relief 6 in the VDU body 7 into the atmosphere, and its fixation pins 15 enter the slotted holes 9 of the rigidly fixed metal plate 8 and bend its edges, thereby preventing their extraction in the opposite direction. Thus, the damper 1 is securely fixed in the open position, including under conditions of high vibration loads, forming a braking wedge for the oncoming air flow in the air intake path. The proposed technical solution makes it possible to increase the reliability of actuation and hold in the open position of the damper, to simplify the design, to improve the manufacturability of the assembly and to reduce the mass characteristics of the plug of the air intake device of the ramjet engine.
